Dantewda Tribes Being Exploited by Government for Capitalists

सरकार आदिवासियों को मार कर आदिवासियों की ज़मीनें बड़े उद्योगपतियों के लिए का काम कर रही है
आदिवासियों की हत्याओं और बलात्कारों का काम ...करने के लिए इस काम में बदमाश पुलिस अधिकारियों को लगाया गया है .

ज़मीनें छीनने के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ का मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह और प्रधान मंत्री मोदी दोनों मिलकर आदिवासियों की हत्याओं , आदिवासी औरतों के बलात्कार करवाने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों को संरक्षण देने और उन्हें बढ़ावा देने में खुले आम लगे हुए हैं .
एक तरफ सरकार कहती है कि वह लोकतंत्र को बढ़ावा देना चाहती है
लेकिन जब भी कोई आदिवासी लोकतान्त्रिक तरीकों से सरकारी बदमाशियों का पर्दाफाश करता है तो ये बदमाश सरकारें उन आदिवासियों के पीछे पड़ जाती हैं .
आदिवासी शिक्षिका सोनी सोरी ने जब सरकार की बदमाशियों के विरुद्ध आवाज़ उठाई तो पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सोनी सोरी को थाने में ले जाकर बिजली के झटके दिए और उसकी योनी में पत्थर भर दिए .
आदिवासी पत्रकार लिंगा कोडोपी ने जब पुलिस द्वारा आदिवासी औरतों के साथ सामूहिक बलात्कार के मामले उजागर किये तो पुलिस अधिकारियों ने लिंगा को पकड़ा और एसपी के घर में ले जाकर लिंगा के मलद्वार में मिर्च और तेल से सना डंडा घुसेड़ दिया ,जिससे लिंगा की आंतें फट गयीं ,
लिंगा कोडोपी , और सोनी सोरी को पुलिस ने ढाई साल तक जेल में डाल कर रखा .
सरकार जेल में भी सोनी सोरी को नंगा करके वीडियो बनाती रही . सोनी सोरी को पागल घोषित करने की कोशिश करी गयी .
हम सब ने मिलकर किसी तरह सर्वोच्च न्यायालय से सोनी सोरी और लिंगा कोडोपी को ज़मानत पर रिहा करवाया .
रिहा होने के बाद से ही सोनी सोरी और लिंगा कोडोपी आदिवासियों पर होने वाले सरकारी ज़ुल्मों के विरुद्ध लोकतान्त्रिक तरीकों से आवाज़ उठा रहे .
सोनी सोरी और लिंगा कोडोपी प्रेस वार्ता करते हैं रैली करते हैं , पत्र लिखते हैं अदालती करवाई में आदिवासियों की मदद करते हैं .
यह सब न्याय पाने के लोकतान्त्रिक तरीके हैं जिसे प्रत्येक नागरिक को इस्तेमाल करने का अधिकार है
लेकिन सरकार लोकतान्त्रिक तरीकों से ही डरती है
सरकार लोकतान्त्रिक तरीके इस्तेमाल करने वाले आदिवासियों पर हमला करती है उन्हें डराती है परेशान करती है
कल रात को ही सोनी सोरी ने पुलिस की क्रूरता के विरोध में एक प्रेस वार्ता करी
इसके तुरंत बाद पुलिस के बदमाश आई जी कल्लूरी ने सोनी सोरी के भतीजे और आदिवासी पत्रकार लिंगा कोडोपी और सोनी सोरी के पिता को उठवा लिया .
आधी रात तक पुलिस आईजी कल्लूरी और दंतेवाड़ा का एसपी लिंगा कोडोपी को धमकाते रहे, कि तुम और सोनी सोरी सरकार के विरुद्ध रैली और प्रेस वार्ता करना बंद कर दो नहीं तो बहुत नुकसान उठाओगे
कल्लूरी लिंगा को बार बार पिस्तौल दिखा रहा था
लिंगा ने बिना डरे कहा कि आप लोगों ने आदिवासियों की जिंदगी हराम कर दी है हम आदिवासियों के लिए न्याय की आवाज़ ज़रूर उठाएंगे
लिंगा ने खुद को डराने वाले पुलिस अधिकारियों से यह भी कहा कि आप अगर मुझे यहाँ से नहीं जाने देंगे तो बाहर शोर मच जाएगा क्योंकि मैं यहाँ आने की सूचना सब को देकर आया हूँ
आधी रात के बाद एक बजे लिंगा को पुलिस ने धमकियां देकर अवैध हिरासत से रिहा किया
लिंगा कोडोपी सर्वोच्च नयायालय द्वारा दी गयी ज़मानत पर है
पुलिस उसे परेशान नहीं कर सकती
लेकिन आदिवासी इलाके तो अमीरों की लूट का इलाका हैं
वहाँ कोर्ट , लोकतंत्र और कानून नहीं चलते
वहाँ सरकारी क्रूरता का अन्धकार छाया हुआ है
लेकिन हम यह नहीं होने देंगे
दंतेवाड़ा में होने वाले सरकारी गुनाहों की गूँज सारी दुनिया में होगी
दमनकारी सरकार सावधान रहे

Independent Judiciary?

Do we need an "independent" judiciary? Funny question!

But world over, the judiciary, including Pakistan/Iraq/etc, who were exposed and yet many not exposed, is independent as much as their constitution permits yet the constitution itself is not independent or unbiased, made to serve the influentials includeing capital to grow and not mankind!

This is legal and we know there are illegal transanctions with hands in gloves with the influentials as well on regular basis!

Today, so called independent judiciary is more pain to society as they are parasite on working class, dictator in working and causing human rights violations by letting millions of people rot in jails without trials for years!

Peasants Movement

Received a mail from Swaraj Samvad on their final meeting in Jaipur on Peasants' exploitation and my reply:
All the best! Do not stop at fighting against corruption and finding solution in existing constitution, which has lived its life by serving the Capital and its henchmen Congress, BJP and various regional parties!
Peasants in India and even world over are being exploited, being evicted from their land as the Capital(Finance Capital, which knows no International Boundary) finds land a very attractive destination to grow, when economic recession has blocked other ventures, be it production or services or even speculative.
Remember land is not only for cultivation but also estate and some even house huge costly forests and depository of mines!
Hope, the base is reached to fight against all forms of exploitations and workers are not left behind as they are the true leaders for fight against the evil Capital and are capable of leading their comrades, the peasants as well!

Scientific Socialism

Whatever, Modi becomes, he has to be slave of Capital, its need to grow, its need to stomach surplus value created by labour to grow, its need to make and change law for smooth exploitation of national natural wealth, its need to keep working class divided and controlled!
No way an individual or a group of individuals, irrespective of their desire, can break the hegemony of capital, with its international friend finance capital and imperialism!
Only revolution by the affected class, the working class, can break this chain of slavery for true self rule of masses!
