Capital is not for laborer's welfare!

(NewsClick.in reports: 42 Labourers Die, Rs 7,000 Crore Worth Welfare Funds Unused in Maharashtra

Capital or it's agents are never for laborer's welfare. What it does is, due it's helplessness as the working class rises for it's demands and against it's falling life standards. On extreme exploitation and oppression, it rises against the very existence of capital itself. So, the forced "welfare" measures!
Also, profit comes only through labor power, so working class or laborers can't be eliminated! It is "preserved" or say given "welfare" by the physical representative of capital (in all it's forms), the state. Though the "aid" given by the state or it's various departments is bare minimum, to ensure survival of the laborers and their next generations but full "legal" profit to capital is ensured, for which any bourgeois constitution is made.
Here few such measures are: Enacting laws for minimum wages, child labor, women's safety and working hours, basic drinking, medical and housing facilities, laws preventing extreme cruelty by the capitalist class against the working class, ensuring higher wages for the "white colored" workers, etc.
These measures, too, are breached, when fascism takes over the existing social, political, economic, legal order, like in this given news, when working class unity is at the lowest and capitalism is in deep crisis.
Further, it must be understood that measures and laws mentioned above are also due internal competition among the capitalist class, where the monopoly capitalists, oligarchs do not wish the smaller or middle level capitalists, petty bourgeois class use cheap labor power and stand against them, erode their profits.
Imperialist countries, ILO, UNESCO, their media raising voices against Child labor or discrimination based on gender is not for the welfare of the exploited workers or suffering mankind but to demolish any competition, in any corner of the Earth!
World market is fully saturated and divided and there is nothing like "Free Market", as fantasized by the liberals, social democrats, capitalist apologists!
The contradiction of labor and capital can not be resolved in capitalism, as this very contradiction paves way for demise of capitalism, through proletarian revolution!
Workers of the world unite!
Long live revolution!!
