पूंजीवाद जब अपने जीवन काल पूरा कर लेता है, तब अपने जीवन को दीर्घायु बनाने के लिए पूरी कोशिश करता है. मजदूर वर्ग, जो जरुरी है पूंजीवाद को आगे बढाने के लिए (मुनाफा के जरिये), ही पूंजीवाद का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन बन जाता है. मजदूर ही इसे नेस्तनाबूद कर समाजवादी समाज के निर्माण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत रहता है.
जीवन के अंतिम क्षणों में, पूंजीवाद मजदूर वर्ग, किसान और बाकी सभी शोषित वर्गों के जीवन की जरूरतों को पूरा करने में सक्षम नहीं होता है. रोजगार, आवास, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य आदि समस्याओं का समाधान पूंजीवाद के पास नहीं है, न ही कोई जवाब है बढ़ते भ्रष्टाचार और अपराध का.
ऐसे में एक ही रास्ता बचता है पूंजी के चाटुकारों, प्रबंधकों के पास. मजदूर वर्ग की एकता और संघर्ष को तोड़ना, "जिद्दी" नेताओं और समर्थाकों को बलपूर्वक दबाना, उत्पादक शक्तियों को बर्बाद करना.
यहाँ पर पूंजीवादी "प्रजातंत्र" का मुखौड़ा बेकनाब हो जाता है और फिर उसका असली तानाशाही रूप सामने आता है.
इस तानाशाही का एक रूप और है, फासीवाद. यहाँ पर पूंजीवादी सत्ता या सरकार अपने हर विभाग, प्रजातंत्र के हर स्तम्भ को सीधे सीधे अपने हाथ में ले लेती है, जनता के एक हिस्से को पैसे और क्रांति विरोधी विचारधारा, धर्म, जाती, देश आदि के बहकावे में अपने साथ कर लेती है.
इसके लिए उसे ऐसे पार्टी और नेताओं की जरुरत होती है जो सक्षम हों अपने प्रतिगामी विचार, सदस्यों के साथ, पूंजीवाद के इस काम को पूरा कर सकें. ये प्रजातान्त्रिक मूल्यों को हेय दृष्टि से देखते हैं. इसके नेता भाषण देनें में, जनता को बेवकूफ बनाने में, झूठ और मक्कारी में अव्वल होते हैं. हिटलर से लेकर ट्रम्प, युक्रेन के पोरोशेन्को, इस्राइल के नेतान्याहू, पोलैंड के षाशक कुछ उदहारण हैं. वैसे इन्हें बनाने में बुर्जुआ वर्ग की मिडिया, प्रबुद्ध मंडल और पैसे भी भारी मात्र में लगते हैं.
भारत की भी यही हालत है. नतीजा? लेख के अंतिम पैराग्राफ को उदधृत कर रहा हूँ, "लेकिन आईएएस अधिकारी प्रदीप शर्मा का कैरियर मोदी और शाह की प्रतिशोधी जोड़ी ने नष्ट कर दिया और मानसी सोनी ने मीटू का मौका हमेशा के लिए खो दिया…. ये लोग कुछ शीर्ष पदों पर कब्जा कर पाए और ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ का नारा दिया। कैसी विडंबना है।"
आज के हालत के जिम्मेदार केवल पूंजीवाद के अंदरूनी अंतर्द्वंद ही नहीं, बल्कि क्रांतिकारियों और वाम पंथियों की चुक या असफलता भी है, चाहे जिस कारन से हो, जहाँ वह मजदूर वर्ग और सहयोगियों के असंतोष और विद्रोह को सफल रास्ता दिखाने और नेत्रित्व देने में असफल रहे हैं!
क्या यह हालत हमेश के लिए है? बिलकुल नहीं, पर खुद बखुद नहीं ख़त्म होगा. हमें क्रन्तिकारी पार्टी के साथ मिलकर संघर्ष करना होगा, वर्ग संघर्ष को मजबूत और तीव्र करना होगा. तभी हमारी जित संभव है और तभी हम समाजवाद की स्थापना कर सकेंगे और परजीवी अपराधियों को हमेशा हमेशा के लिए ख़त्म कर सकेंगे!

मानसिक बीमारी: पूंजीवादी देन!

मानसिक बीमारी पूंजीवाद का उत्पाद है, जो युवाओं, मजदूरों, किसानों को रोजगार, वैज्ञानिक शिक्षा, योग्य आवास और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से महरूम रखता है. नौकरियों को खोने, अपमानित होने का लगातार डर रहता है! अगला भोजन मिले या न मिले की चिंता है. बुर्जुआ मिडिया का भी रोल है. आत्म हत्या भी इसी बीमारी का अग्रिम रूप है और किसी भी पूंजीवादी देश, भले ही कितना भी "उन्नत" हो, में बहुतायत में दिखता है.

आतंकवाद और युद्ध प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में लोग मानसिक तनाव और बीमारी से अधिक ग्रसित होते हैं। धार्मिक, जातीय, क्षेत्रीय, रंग और लिंग भेद और उत्पीडन इस बीमारी को बढ़ाता है.

इन बीमारों में से कुछ, जो बुर्जुआ संस्थानों, विद्यालयों के उत्पाद हैं, पूंजीवाद का समर्थन करते हैं!

पूंजीवाद का समर्थन करने वाले ये मानसिक दास बुर्जुआ पार्टियों, दक्षिण पंथी विचारधाराओं, धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक ठगों, पूंजीपती जो उन्हें नौकरियां प्रदान करते हैं, आदि का समर्थन करते हैं, लेकिन समाजवाद का विरोध करते हैं।
पूंजीवाद आज के हर बीमारी, शोषण, प्रतारणा, व्यभिचार, भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध को जन्म देता है! यह बीमारी आज व्यापक है समाज में, जिसमे से अधिकांश को पता ही नहीं होता, क्यूँ की अब वह सामान्य सा दिखने लगा है!

इनका इलाज केवल और केवल समाजवादी क्रांति है!

सुधार नहीं क्रांति के लिए संघर्ष करो!

यदि EVM में हेरा फेरी ना हुआ तो भाजपा की हार 5 राज्यों के चुनाव में नजर आ रहा है. यह अरबों-खरबों की लागत, दुष्प्रचार, हिन्दू-मुसलमान कर जनता को बांटने, झूठ और मक्कारी के बावजूद हो रहा है. यदि हार जबरदस्त ना हो, तो भी आरएसएस का गिरता ग्राफ तो साफ़ नजर आ रहा है.
साथियों, पर क्या यह ऐसा बदलाव है, जिसके लिए हम लड़ रहे हैं? कौंग्रेस की वापसी मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों के लिए शुभ संकेत है? क्या दलित, अल्प संख्यक, आदिवासी, महिलाएं अब एक शोषण विहीन समाज में रहने के सपने देखने के अधिकारी हो जायेंगे?
साथियों क्या इस बदलाव से हमें 100% रोजगार मिल जायेगा, गुणवत्ता शिक्षा और स्वस्थ्य सेवा मुहैया होगा, आवास की समस्या का निदान होगा, क्या पुलिस और प्रशाषण के प्रतारानाओं से मुक्त हो जायेंगे, क्या हम एक इंसान की तरह जी सकेंगे?
साथियों, याद रखें, कौंग्रेस और इसके भिन्न सहयोगी दल, जिसमे से कई अब भाजपा के सहयोगी हो गए हैं या पहले थे, बड़े पूंजीपति वर्ग के दलाल हैं और उसी के लिए काम कर रहे हैं. ये सारे हमारे ही नाम लेकर हमें जाति, धर्म, क्षेत्र के नाम पर हमें कई खेमों में बाँट दिया है. हमें एक दुसरे से दुश्मनों की तरह लड़वा रहे हैं. जबकि हमारा असली दुश्मन तो पूंजीपति वर्ग और उसके दलाल राजनितिक दल, धर्म और संस्कृति के ठेकेदार और पाखंडी, प्रशाशन और पुलिस के बड़े ऑफिसर हैं. न्यायलय में भी हमारी सुनवाई नहीं है. कानून बदल कर बड़े पूंजीपतियों की सेवा की जाती है और दलाली कमाई जाती है.
साथियों, आज इन बातों को समझना जरुरी है. नहीं तो फिर हम पुराने चक्र में ही फंसे रहेंगे, यानि कौंग्रेस, भाजपा, तीसरा या चौथा मोर्चा करते रहेंगे. और हमारी मुक्ति, हमारा सपना कभी भी पूरा नहीं होगा.
साथियों, हमें ऐसे बदलाव की दरोकार नहीं जो केवल सत्ता बदले, पार्टी बदले, चेहरे बदले, कुछ कानून बदले, हमें कुछ "दान" दे दे, पर मूलतः पूंजीवादी सत्ता को बरक़रार रखे!
साथियों, हमें ऐसा बदलाव चाहिए, जिसमें पूंजीवाद को ही ध्वस्त करे, इसके शोषण और प्रतारण को हमेशा हमेशा के लिए ख़त्म करे, जहाँ हर हाथ को काम और हर परजीवी को कारावास हो, जहाँ धर्म और जाति से शासन और विभाजन ना हो. यानी एक समाजवादी समाज हो, जहाँ एक मनुष्य दुसरे मनुष्य का शोषण ना कर सके!
साथियों, सोचने का समय तो ख़त्म हो चूका है, आगे बढ़ो, समाज के ऐसे बदलाव के लिए जो केवल ऊपर से ना हो बल्कि इसके आधार को ही बदल दे, यानि क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन हो!
इन्कलाब का समय है, सुधार या कुछ मांगो को लेकर संतुष्ट होने का नहीं!

Maoists might have been reduced in size but their existence is far from being extinct!
Reason is simple, the people's most fierce exploitation & oppression is rising, instead of reducing, due capitalism! They will grow again!

However, the success of any revolutionary movement is not possible without mass participation & mass movement.

Blanquism refers to a concept of revolution (Attributed to Louis Auguste Blanqui) which holds that socialist revolution can be carried out by a relatively small group of highly organised and secretive conspirators.
This theory or path of a successful revolution has failed. Protracted war is incorrect path for revolution in capitalist India.
A party of the working class & other exploited class must teach, educate, unite & lead them to overthrow the bourgeois rule to establish its own for construction of a socialist society! That will be a successful revolution!

मैं पर्व में शामिल नहीं होता हूँ!

मैं दिवाली या कोई भी अन्य पर्व नहीं मनाता. भगत सिंह के क्रांतिकारी विचारों से प्रभावित हूं. इसलिए मैं नास्तिक हूँ. 
पर्व ना मनाने के पीछे एक दूसरा कारण भी है. हमारे देश में करीब 10 करोड़ ऐसे बच्चे या बच्चियां हैं जो जीवन जीने के न्यूनतम सुविधा से भी वंचित हैं.
मजबूरी में वे भीख मांगते हैं, बाल मज़दूरी करते हैं, छोटे अपराध में शामिल किये जाते हैं, वेश्यावृत्ति में ढकेल दिये जाते हैं.
हजारों लाखों जेल, अनाथालय में सड़ रहे हैं. 
ये बच्चे शिक्षा और बचपन से मरहूम होते हैं. मैं भला किसी पर्व में कैसे शामिल होंउ? 
क्या इन बच्चों, बेरोजगार युवकों, प्रताड़ित महिलाओं, दलितों, अल्प संख्यकों, मजदूर और किसानों को पूंजीवाद में न्याय मिल सकता है? 
यदि हां तो आपसे मेरी सम्वाद मुश्किल है. 
यदि ना, तो हम लोग अलग थलग क्यों हैं?
आइये, हम एक साथ मिलकर इस शोषण और प्रतारणा पर आधारित व्यवस्था को दफ़न कर एक नए न्याय सम्मत समाज के आधारशिला का निर्माण करें.

पूंजीवाद अनिवार्य रूप से महिला विरोधी है. कारण है मुनाफा जिसका आधार है समान काम का असमान वेतन, सामंती सोच और पुरुष प्रधान समाज को प्रश्रय देना, अवैतनिक घरेलू काम!

Who is to be blamed for the farmer's poor & miserable conditions?

The government? The political parties & especially BJP/Congress parties? The bureaucracy, police or judiciary? Political, economic conditions? Or farmers themselves?

Whoever to be blamed, but farmers are in miserable & pitiable conditions, suicide among them is rising, loans are becoming un-payable, many of them are quitting farming & migrating to cities, pauperisation is routine now, etc.

But there is another question here? Whom are we calling farmers? All those who are engaged in farming or sustaining themselves on agriculture? Those big farmers, big investors, middlemen, capitalist farm owners & agents, small farmers having 2-3 acres of land, wage earners who work on others land, etc? The interests of all those who are related to land are not same, often opposed to each other. Very important question to understand! Here, for simplicity, we mean by "farmer or peasant", the one who is working on land to manage subsidy, who is not hiring others to make profit!

Yes, whole affair is sad. But once again, what makes farmers neglected? By the way, is not the same with the workers in unorganised as well as in informal sectors? Even with the agricultural workers? The homeless vagabonds? They also do not get the needed pay, pension, medical facilities, insurance cover, etc, which is available to the workers of the public sectors as well in organised sectors!

It is the market, which is ruling the farmers, workers, players (Cricket players are much better paid than football players or other sport persons), unequal pay to women for same works, massive chronic unemployment, etc!

Market & its blind laws (As we have no control over it, like economic boom & doom at certain periods, anarchic production, law of supply & demand) rules the mankind, who created market!

And surprisingly (And not even surprisingly), market economy has become synonym with "freedom" & "Democracy", right to think & speech, at least for the middle class pseudo intellectuals!

If we have to free the peasants or farmers from the miseries, exploitation, we need to see the society holistically, which is divided into two clear classes, one is the exploiters, the ruling class, less than 5% of the population, which even includes the politicians, top police, bureaucratic, judicial officials.

Second is the exploited class, the working class, peasants & other exploited classes!

If we are able to see the distinct classes, opposed to each other, as good as enemy, our political line and struggle, hereafter, becomes revolutionary, on class understanding, class affinity, class unity & finally class struggle.

Class struggle means method, which is destined historically, to dispossess the ruling class, the capitalist class from all the means of production & its hegemony, which arms it to exploit the rest, grow on others labour power & establish the rule of the hitherto exploited class, but not over any other class, but to eliminate the class itself, the base of all inequality, miseries, exploitation & oppression, parasitism & eventually establish Socialism!

Last point here, without going into details. The working class, due historical reasons, due freedom from the means of production of all kinds, including land, being close to 1000s of colleagues in a confined area, while working in some industry or mines, is the most advanced class today (and even considering the classes of the past) and with the most revolutionary potential, is most suited to lead the revolution, and is capable of allying peasants and other exploited classes & giving them the due they deserve in struggle and afterwards!

For the revolutionary party, armed with the revolutionary ideology, the working class is the mind & body of the organisation and the allies are the limbs, without whom the revolution will not succeed!

Long live the workers, peasants unity! Long live revolution!

It is clear that the data given is awfully incomplete & the death could be more than double!
Why this apathy to the sweepers, scavenge cleaners, who are sacrificing their lives for barely "Two meals per day" & cleaning other's excreta & filth, where a normal human being refuses to pass by?
It is also evident that all the governments of various political parties in power have made no effort to change this dark age manual cleaning to mechanical cleaning, which is available in the market. Yes, the expenditure on automation, machine, worker's training & their wages will rise substantially.
This also makes abundantly clear that the governments do no mind waiving off Lakhs of Crores of outstanding loans & unpaid taxes of billionaires but mind very much in spending money, where the lives of the workers can be saved & made more comfortable!
This can be seen in vanishing employment as well reduction in wages of the workers due direct reduction or through rising inflation, taxes, etc!
Also, our Lawmakers do not hesitate in hiking their pay, perks, pension 4 times & do so without seeking nod from the people, who voted them to power!
Something grossly wrong? Yes. The present economic, political, social, legal, spiritual order is not meant to serve the workers, peasants who are more than 90-95% of the population but to serve the interests of the super elites, oligarchs & their henchmen, top officials & agents & even foreign masters!
The last inference can be seen in daily news & analysis coming from the legislative, executive, judiciary, media, and all other government departments, pillars of the "democracy"!
Should the progressive & revolutionary forces remain behind the curtain & await for opportune moment?
That moment is now! To bury the present & establish a just society!

What am I writing?

There are millions, nay, billions of posts being created, world over, on regular basis! I do not have data but feel 99% are related to cookery, fashion, promotions, women's physiology, designs, petty analysis of some incidents or accidents, animal kingdom, nature, science, religion, culture, caste, some group's speciality, "empowerment of women", Dalits emancipation, secularism, pseudo socialism, reservation, ecology, paintings, sculptures, movies, etc.
What I mean to say is that, present writings, blogs, videos, posts are nothing but reproduction of earlier posts, "new" only in their appearances and  reformism. There is hardly anything which asks you or impels you to think in a revolutionary fashion and and join a revolutionary party, be part of the revolution!
Yes, there is a difference between Reform and Revolution! And this difference is huge. Reform means continue the present economic, social, political, spiritual order and cure some of the diseases (or say symptoms) which this order breeds. Revolution is to change the order itself, scientifically and through ideological discourse as well as mass movement, which breeds evil and thus ends the mother of all evils and its disease, symptoms; like unemployment, ignorance, religiosity, terrorism and war.
I do see blogs, pages, FB and other Social Media groups who do write revolutionary articles. They are few and many of them are marred by the revisionists, liberals, anarchists.
What is to be done? Away from romanticism, liberalism, anarchism, sheer progressive ideologies, pseudo feminism, pseudo intellectualism we need to find a revolutionary ideology, which can lead a party and the mass to a revolution, free the mankind from the slavery of capital, which the mankind only created and is creating further to strengthen this monster and people's miseries.
Why are we in such situation? We know, we have even read, the penetration of apologists, writers, saboteurs of imperialist powers deep into the revolutionary movements, their writings and their design to break the movement at the beginning itself. Their journals, media, schools from KG, colleges, religious and cultural institutions, state and its machinery are puking Right Wing ideologies continuously destroying the minds of the working class and making them incapacitated and even enemy of revolution, which was to become emancipation tool for them!
They have even "edited" revolutionary works to liquidate the revolutionary flame and scientific presentation and if you are unable to find the original works, you will land up in wrong lane! Unimaginable but true. And further imagine, they claim themselves to be Marxists Leninists and they are the ones who are distorting history, almost in same line as the Right Wing ideologues are doing.
So, the Left ideology has shrunk to books and in libraries. And what was the arm, which Right Wing ideologues did to leave their enemy behind? Religion, ignorance and superstition, caste, colour and national discrimination, national chauvinism, personality cult. But what is forcing Left ideology to bounce back? Unemployment, poverty, homelessness, terrorism, war and in entirety the wretched and humiliating lifestyle, despite astronomical wealth creation on Mother Earth but concentrated into the hands of very few!
The proletarian and other exploited class, intellectuals, sympathisers and revolutionaries are rising again. The need for a "Concrete analysis of the concrete situation" is must for any revolutionary ideology, the backbone for the Left Ideology. The working class, especially its advanced section, is rising and uniting again, and this is amply visible world over, especially in big capitalist countries, like India, Brazil, Philippines, etc despite rise of fascism.
So, back to writing. We, the conscious thinkers and writers, must first arm ourselves with a scientific, logical and revolutionary theory before harping on writing and poisoning other's mind. Revolution is a historical necessity, as we learn from Historical Materialism, which also teaches us that this revolution does not take place on its own. We also learn that 100s of reforms are meaningless and are liable to reverse unless they take a leap by reaching a Critical Velocity, which is possible only through a revolution and attain a self sustainable state and reversal is no more possible.
After, 1990s, the so called "Reform" saw reversal of all "facilities" grabbed by the working class through long struggle and sacrifices. Now they are worse than what we had before the British Raj, like freedom of speech, freedom to eat and wear as per one's choice, self thoughts, protests, earn and use wages, etc has been taken away by the bourgeois class and its henchmen. The reversal of proletarian state in USSR was not reversal but defeat in the hands of enemies, starting since ascendency of Khrushchev and cliches, which culminated into final disintegration of USSR during Gorbachev regime.

If you are a writer and not for meer earning, fame and propaganda (Yes, there are writers on payment, sitting behind the desk of IT Hubs, created by he fascists), make sure what you write is meaningful and for the society to make it march ahead and be part of revolutionary propaganda and work!

मुनाफे की हवस में मरते मजदूर

मजदूरों पर बढ़ते जुल्म, बढ़ता शोषण, बढती बेरोजगारी, घटते शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, घटता सामाजिक, आर्थिक न्याय हर तरफ दिख रहा है. पूंजी की बादशाहत असहनीय हो रही है. जीवन व्यापन के साधन घाट रहे हैं.
ऊपर से फासीवाद की मार. श्रम मानून ध्वस्त कर दिए गए, जमीन अधिग्रहण कानून बनाया गया, पर्यावरण कानून बेमानी हो गए हैं; आधार कार्ड, जीएसटी, एफडीआई लागू किया गया, दिनचर्या के हर सामान पर एकाधिकार मूल्य (Monopoly prices) लगाये गए हैं. धर्म, जाति, देश, व्यक्तिवाद के नाम पर अत्याचार बढ़ रहा है मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों पर!
क्या हम बिना जन क्रांति के इस फासीवाद का मुकाबला कर सकते हैं, इसे ध्वस्त कर सकते हैं, और HSRA तथा भगत सिंह, चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद के सपनों, यानि समाजवाद की स्थापना कर सकते हैं?

दिल्ली देश की राजधानी है जहां पर देश के नियम, कानून बनाने वाले और उसको लागू कराने वाले रहते हैं। देश के अन्य हिस्सों में यह समझा जाता है कि दिल्ली में कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति बेहतर है। कुछ घटनाओं पर हम नजर डालें तो यह पुलावी ख्याल ही लगता है। दिल्ली में आये दिन होती लूट और बलात्कार तो रोजमर्रा की घटना बन चुकी है। मुनाफे की हवस के कारण मजदूरों की आग में जल कर मरने की घटना भी तेजी से बढ़ती जा रही है। लूट, बलात्कार और मजदूरों की आग में जलने की घटनाओं में अंतर है; जहां पहली घटना से लोगों में आक्रोश दिखता है और लोग इसको बातचीत में खराब होती व्यवस्था के उदाहरण के तौर पर रखते हैं। मजदूरों के जलकर मर जाने की घटना के कारण लोगों में वह आक्रोश नहीं दिखता और न ही इसे व्यवस्था की नाकामी के रूप में माना जाता है। इन दोनों घटनाओं में यह भी एक अंतर है- जहां पर लूट (सड़क पर छीन लेना या घर में घुस कर डकैती करना) पूंजीवादी व्यवस्था द्वारा उत्पन्न की गई समस्या है, वहीं बलात्कार पूंजीवादी-बाजारवादी संस्कित की देन है। मजदूरों का फैक्ट्री में आग में जलकर मर जाना पूंजीवादी मुनाफे की हवस का परिणाम है।

मुनाफे की हवस की आग में 9 अप्रैल, 2018 को सुल्तानपुरी का राज पार्क में 4 मजदूर जल कर मर गए। सुल्तानपुरी का यह इलाका एक मध्यम वर्गीय रिहायशी इलाका है जहां पर करीब 500 के आस-पास घर हैं। इनमें से 100 से भी अधिक घरों में जूते, चप्पल, सिलाई और अन्य कामों की फैक्ट्रियां चलती हैं। इनमें से अधिकांश में जूते, चप्पल का काम होता है जिसमें पेस्टिंग से लेकर सिलाई तक का काम होता है। यहां पर काम करने वाले मजदूरों से न्यूनतम मजदूरी के आधे में 10-12 घंटे काम कराया जाता है। यहां पर ज्यादातर मजदूर पीस रेट या 5-7 हजार रू. प्रति माह पर काम करते हैं। मजदूरों को लालच दिया जाता है कि रहने की जगह दी जायेगी। शहर में आवास की समस्या से जूझ रहे मजदूरों के लिए रहने की जगह मिलना बहुत बड़ी राहत जैसी होती है जिंसके कारण वह कम पैसे में भी काम करने को राजी हो जाते हैं। मालिक के लिए यह सोने पर सुहागा जैसे हो जाता है। उनको 24 घंटे का फ्री में मजदूर मिल जाता है जो किसी भी समय फैक्ट्री में लोडिंग, अनलोडिंग, चौकीदार का काम करते हैं। इसके बदले इनको टैरिस (छत) पर एक रूम मिल जाता है जिसमें 8-10 लोग रहते हैं और बनाते, खाते हैं। मालिक घर जाते वक्त फैक्ट्री में बाहर से ताले लगा देते हैं। इसके दो कारण हैं एक तो यह कि नये मजदूर कहीं काम अच्छा नहीं लगने के कारण भाग न जाए; दूसरा कि मजदूर रात में चोरी न कर ले।

10 अप्रैल को जब मैं सुल्तानपुरी के राज पार्क स्थित ए-197मकान पर पहुंचा (जहां पर एक दिन पहले आग लगी हुई थी) उस गली में सन्नाटा था। ए-197 के बगल वाले घर के सामने प्लास्टिक की तीन-चार कुर्सियां पड़ी थीं और गली के एक मुहाने पर कुछ लोग आपस में बातचीत कर रहे थे और मुझे देख रहे थे। ए-197 मकान को देखकर पूछने की जरूरत नहीं थी कि इसी फैक्ट्री ने एक दिन पहले चार जिन्दगियों को निगल लिया। यह मकान चार मंजिला है, नीचे वाले फ्लोर पर एक 4 फुट का गेट है। इसके अलावा ऊपर में दो रोशनदान लगा है जो कि आग लगने से काला हो चुका था। गेट के बगल में काले पत्थर पर मकान नं. ए-197, अनिता सदन और ऊं लिखा हुआ है। साथ ही स्वास्तिक का दो चिन्ह बना हुआ है, दिवाल के ऊपरी हिस्से पर सी.सी. टीवी कैमरा लगा हुआ था। लोगों ने बताया कि यह फैक्ट्री बृजेश गुप्ता की है जो कि ए-83 में रहते हैं। ए-197 में चप्पल बनाने का काम होता है जिसमें करीब 30-35मजदूर काम किया करते थे। इस इलाके में रविवार अवकाश होता है लेकिन बहुत सी कम्पनियों में काम होता है। जनसत्ता में छपी खबर के अनुसार कारखाने में काम करने वाले मोहम्मद अली ने बताया कि यह फैक्ट्री 15 सालों से चल रही थी और 8-9 अप्रैल की रात 2बजे तक मजदूरों ने काम किया। 9 तारीख की सुबह यूपी के हरदोई जिला के अस्मदा गांव के मजदूर परिवारों के लिए बुरी खबर लेकर आई। अस्मदा गांव के रहने वाले मोहम्मद वारिस (18), मोहम्मद अय्यूब (17), मोहम्मद राजी (20) व मोहम्मद शान (17) 10तारीख की सुबह नहीं देख पाए और जलकर फैक्ट्री के अन्दर ही मर गए। चार लोगों के अलावा कई लोग जान बचाने के लिए छत से कूदे जिसमें उनको चोटें लगीं। मोहम्मद वारिस और मोहम्मद अय्यूब दोनां सगे भाई हैं जबकि मोहम्म्द राजी व मोहम्मद शान चचेरे भाई हैं। सुल्तानपुरी में यह आग की कोई पहली घटना नहीं है। इससे पहले भी फैक्ट्रियों में आग लग चुकी है लेकिन कोई बड़ी दुर्घटना नहीं हो पाने के कारण न्यूज नहीं बन सकी।

आस-पास के लोगों के अनुसार इसमें आग करीब सुबह 6.30 बजे के करीब लगी। दमकल विभाग और पुलिस को सूचना 6.35 पर मिल चुकी थी। लोगों का कहना है कि मुहल्ले के काफी लोग इक्ट्ठा हो गए थे, लेकिन बिजली कटी नहीं थी इसलिए लोगों ने पहलकदमी नहीं ली। दमकल की दर्जनों गाड़ियों ने मिलकर करीब दो घंटे में आग पर काबू पाई और लोगों को संजय गांधी अस्पताल पहुंचाया, जिसमें से चार लोगों को डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया।

इस तरह की दिल्ली में यह पहली घटना नहीं है अभी जनवरी माह में ही बवाना सेक्टर 5 में आग लगने से 17 मजदूरों की जान चली गई। इस घटना में भी कहा जाता है कि काफी संख्या में मजदूरों की मौत हुई, लेकिन फैक्ट्री में जो मजदूर रहते थे उनका पता नहीं चल पाया। इससे पहले पीरागढ़ी, मंडोली, शादीपुर, शाहपुर जाट इत्यादि जगहों पर दर्जनों मजदूरों की जानें जा चुकी हैं। बवाना, सुल्तानपुरी, नरेला के बाद नवादा की क्रॉकरी फैक्ट्री में लगी आग ने तीन मजदूरों को निगल लिया है और चार मजदूर लपाता हैं। यह घटना भी नरेला, सुल्तानपुरी की घटना की ही पुनरावृत्ति है। मालिक बाहर से ताला लगाकर काम करा रहे थे और दिल्ली और केन्द्र सरकार सो रही थी।

इस तरह की घटना के बाद जब उक्त जगह पर जाते हैं तो पीड़ित मजदूर नहीं मिल पाते हैं। सही जानकारी इक्ट्ठा करना मुश्किल होता है लेकिन इंडस्ट्रीयल एरिया में होने से कुछ तथ्य मिल जाते हैं। सुल्तानपुरी जैसे रिहायशी इलाके में इस तरह की घटना होती है तो किसी भी तरह के मजदूर से मिल कर कुछ पता करना लगभग असंभव सी बात होती है। राज पार्क में जाने पर वही लोग मिलते हैं जो आस-पास फैक्ट्रियों के मालिक हैं। यह मालिक हर आने-जाने वाले बाहरी व्यक्तियों पर निगाह रखे होते हैं और अपनी बात सुनाते हैं कि मालिक कि किस्मत खराब थी, वह फंस गए। मीडिया वाले गलत बयान छाप रहे हैं- लड़के तो काम ही नहीं करते थे, वह तो घूमने आए थे, बाहर से कोई ताला बंद नहीं रहता था, इत्यादि, इत्यादि। जब तक कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति उस इलाके में रहता है यह लोग नजर बनाए रखते हैं कि वह कहां जा रहा है, किससे बात कर रहा है। पास में खड़े एक व्यक्ति ने इस मुद्दे को अलग रूप देने के लिए बोलता है कि हिन्दुस्तान एक नहीं हो रहा है लेकिन सऊदी अरब एक करना चाहता है। इस व्यक्ति का साफ-साफ इशारा हिन्दू-मुस्लिम करने का था। हम जान सकते हैं कि इस तरह की मानसिकता रखने वाले व्यक्ति मोहम्मद वारिस, मोहम्मद अय्यूब, मोहम्मद राजी व मोहम्मद शान के मौत पर किस तरह सोचता होगा?

गांधी नगर रेडिमेड कपड़ों का जाना-माना मार्केट है। इस मार्केट की खबरें एक कोने से दूसरे कोने तक नहीं पहुंच पाती है। 22-23अप्रैल, 2018 की रात लगी आग और दो लोगों की मौत का पता करने जब मैं गांधी नगर पहुंचा तो बहुत लोगों को पता ही नहीं था कि यहां पर आग लगी है। कुछ लोगों को मीडिया से पता भी चला तो उनको यह मालूम नहीं था कि आग किधर लगी है और क्या नुकसान हुआ है। काफी लोगों से पूछने के बाद एक नौजवान ने बताया कि गुरूद्वारे वाले गली की तरफ आग लगी है। जब मैं घास मार्केट के मुख्य सड़क पर गया तब भी कोई आग लगने की बात नहीं बता पा रहा था। गुरूद्वारे वाले गली में जाने के बाद एक जूस विक्रेता ने उस गली के तरफ इशारा करते हुए बताया कि उस घर में आग लगी है। जब मैं उस मकान के पास गया (मकान नम्बर2490) तो माहौल देखकर नहीं लग रहा था कि इसी मकान में दो दिन पहले दो लोगों की जिन्दगी खत्म हो चुकी है। उस घर को देखने पर आग लगने का पता चल रहा है। बाकी उस मान में लोग आ जा रहे थे, कपड़े निकाल कर गाड़ी पर लादे जा रहे थे। कोई सिलिंग नहीं थी, सब कुछ सामान्य सा लग रहा था।

इस मकान के बगल में एक महिला से बात हुई तो वो बताया कि यहां पर दो-चार घर छो कर हर घर में फैक्ट्री व गोदाम है। 2490 नंबर मकान भी एक संकरी गली में है, जिसमें चार पहिया वाहन भी मुश्किल से जा सकता है। यह मकान 4 मंजिला है, जिकसी तीन मंजिलों में फैक्ट्री चलती है। सबसे ऊपर से मकान मालिक खुद रहते हैं और तीन मंजिल किराये पर दिए हुए हैं। इन ईलाकों में कोई श्रम कानून का पालन नहीं हो रहा है। मजदूरों को 8-10 हजार रू. प्रति माह देकर काम कराया जाता है, सप्ताहिक छुट्टी के अलावा और कोई नहीं दी जाती है। यहां तक कि इतनी बड़ी घटना के बाद भी उस मकान को खानापूर्ति जांच के लिए भी सीलबंद करना उचित नहीं समझा गया। इस इलाके में चलने वाली हर फैक्ट्री मे रिहाईशी भी है, जो कभी भी दुर्घटना का एक बड़ा कारण बन सकता है। किसी भी फैक्ट्री में सुरक्षा मानकों का ध्यान नहीं रखा गया है। यहां तक कि इन मकानों के अन्दर एक ही दरवाजा होता है और आग से बचाव के लिए कोई उपाय नहीं किया गया है। अगर प्रशासन का यही रवैया रहा तो कभी भी यहां बहुत बड़ा जान-माल का नुकसान हो सकता है।

दिल्ली में इतने बड़े पैमाने पर रिहायशी ईलाकों में फैक्ट्रियां चल रही हैं जहां पर मालिक मनमाने तरीके से काम करता है और किसी तरह के श्रम कानून को लागू नहीं करता है। दिल्ली सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार,एमसीडी, प्रशासन चुप बैठा हुआ है। क्या इस तरह की घटना प्रशासन और सरकार की मिली-भगत के बिना हो सकती है? इस तरह की घटना होने के बाद केवल मुआवजे देकर सरकार अपनी जिम्मेवारी से इतिश्री कर लेती है। क्या मुआवजे देने से ही मोहम्मद वारिस, मोहम्मद अय्यूब, मोहम्मद राजी व मोहम्मद शान जैसे लाखों मजदूरों को इन्साफ मिल पाएगा? सरकार, प्रशासन कब तक ऐसी फैक्ट्रियों को चलते रहने देगी, जो कि श्रम कानूनों को ताक पर रखकर चला रही हैं? कब तक मजदूरों की आवास की मांग को श्रम कानून में एक अधिकार के रूप में जोड़ा जाएगा? क्या इसी तरह मजदूर मरते रहेंगे और मजदूर, कर्मचारी यूनियनें हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठे रहेंगी? जब दिल्ली में मेहनकश जनता के साथ इस तरह से होता है तो देश के बाकी हिस्सों के विषय में हम सोच सकते हैं।

If Cong wins, there may seem to be justice to "Democracy", but to whom this democracy serves, 90-95% exploited workers/farmers or still the big capitalists, financiers, MNCs, their political "managers", top bureaucrats, police and judicial officers, religious and cultural thugs, middlemen? This question is neither on Social Media nor on Electronic Media, but must haunt the pro people thinkers, activists! 
Social media is trending hashtags like #KarnatakaCMRace "Floor Test" and many more after the Karnataka gave a hung Assembly, though BJP was the largest single party! BJP with the help of its "own" governor and "helping" SC attitude, made Yeddyurappa CM, with 15 days to "prove" its majority; which openly meant to buy, coax, blackmail with the help of CBI, Tax sleuths, etc  MLAs!
Yes, its abhorrent, especially for the middle class and intellectuals who are well placed in our society, do come out on election days to cast their votes, nay, to fulfil their obligations to democracy and post selfies, views, opinion through social media!

For them the victory of Congress will be Restoration of Democracy, which was murdered by BJP, forgetting the past, when the situation was diametrically opposite, 1975-77 Emergency! They are not concerned about Congress anti working class and anti farmers policies, which they wanted to enact, viz, Land Acquisition Bill, GST, FDI, Aadhaar Card, granting American Military to inspect our Military bases and installations, bowing to American/EU/Israel hegemony!
Congress proposed and BJP disposed, albeit, in harsher way, shamelessly, ruthlessly. All was and is to enhance the big corporates effort to hike their falling profit rates, due economic crisis, despite fudged GDP, which is a Universal phenomenon.
It is worth nothing here that the Indian manufacturing/production has shrunk to 70% of its total capacity, due non availability to find buyers of its goods and services! Unemployment is rising, so is inflation, crime, corruption and oppression on women, working class, Dalits, minorities, tribes. The difference in Congress and BJP is not in their contents but in forms, where the latter masks its intentions behind religion, caste, nationalism, personality cult, hawkish propaganda, open misuse of judiciary, police, CBI, EC, Governors and President, and all resources of State & Social power, which it has annexed in last 4 years!
So, will the victory of Congress assuage "Democracy", like in Bihar (?), at least for few months? But the economic policy was earlier as well as now remains same, the communal violence is increasing, social divide is increasing; in short, fascism, like in Italy, Germany earlier, and in Iran, Poland, Ukraine, partially in US now, is rising in India!
Fascism is another form of capitalism, like Crony Capitalism, State Capitalism, Monopoly Capitalism, etc. But Fascism is the most rotten and violent from of capitalism and same time its a social movement, where a section of society, especially the lumpen workers, unemployed youths, paid and unpaid goons, those who wish to remain closer to power centres and even "earn" some money for their livings!
Here it must be noted that the Emergency of 1975-77 was more of an administrative nature, while fascism, now among us, is not sheer dictatorship of the bourgeois class against the working class, farmers, but qualitatively different which has support from within us and has penetrated into all the departments of governance and pillars of democracy, including media, education, etc! Aim of fascism is to increase profit rate to maximum.
While we must understand the difference between Congress (and its dictatorship against the mass to serve its masters) and present fascism, which again serves same masters, hidden in nationalism and religious colours, is ugly, violent and plunders the mass openly and deeply, without any hesitation, with full force, which some people mistakenly take it as a symbol of powerful country, which again is a myth; if you can decipher what "respect" our Prime Minister is getting in foreign countries, where he has to save his face through event management by paid and managed Indian crowds, run to airport to even to welcome another criminal Netanyahu, PM of a very small country, unless you are inundated by fake and photoshopped video and pictures!
So friends, time to understand similarities and contradictions between Congress and BJP and even other political parties, who had been their allies or are allies now; find alternative to these criminal parasites, join politics, in whatever forms and in limited sense but get out of the vicious circle of these bourgeois political parties and their rhetoric and jingoism! 

We need democracy, which is for 90-95% of the population, the workers and farmers and not for the 5% elites and their puppets, agents! Why democracy of the majority? To ensure 100% employment to all the working hands, free education and health services to all as a basic right to workers, equal opportunities to all the members of the society, end of wage slavery, parasitism and inequality!

फासीवाद बढ़ रहा है. मिहनतकाश आवाम का शोषण बढ़ रहा है और जुल्म भी बढ़ रहा है. सही बात है! पर एक बात पर गौर करने की जरुरत है! हम मोदी और उसके संगठन, यानि आरएसएस, भाजपा और अन्य संगठनों का कितना भी भन्डा फोड़ दें, जनता को उसकी पोल खोल कर दिखा दें, वह बढ़ता ही जा रहा है! उसकी सरकार त्रिपुरा में बनी, कर्नाटक में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी बन कर उभरी, बंगाल और दिल्ली में भी बढ़ रहा है, बिहार, गोवा, नागालैंड में हार कर भी सत्ता में है! गुजरात में भले ही कद घटा हो, पंजाब में हारा हो, पर कुल मिलकर उसका मुद्दा, कर्ह्क्रम आगे बढ़ रहा है! न्यायलय, पुलिस, प्रशाषण, शिक्षा, सीबीआई, आरबीआई, चुनाव आयोग, आदि उसके कब्जे में है. विरोधी दल, वाम तक भी हतप्रभ हैं. हर चाल उल्टा पड़ रहा है! दोस्तों, हम जितना भी ताकत लगा रहे हैं, काम कर रहे हों, लिख रहे हों, सोशल मिडिया पर अपना अलग पहचान बना रहे हों, पर फासीवाद आगे बढ़ है! फासीवाद क्या है? यह पूंजीवाद ही है, जैसे मोनोपोली पूंजीवाद या क्रोनी पूंजीवाद. पर फासीवाद पूंजीवाद का बेहद ही सड़ांध और हिंसात्मक रूप है. साथ साथ यह एक सामाजिक आन्दोलन भी है, जिसमे समाज का एक हिस्सा, जिसमे लम्पट बेरोजगार, मुर्ख युवा वर्ग, मध्यम वर्गीय कुपमंडूक, असामाजिक तत्व और हिन्दू राष्ट्र के उम्मीद में अंधे बने लोग हैं! यही कारन है की हमारे प्रोपगंडा, हमारा तार्किक और वैज्ञानिक प्रचार असफल हो रहा है! यह भी ध्यान रखने की बात है की फासीवाद अरबों रुपये और मिडिया का उपयोग तथा दुष्प्रचार बड़े ही सलीके से चला रहा है और सत्ता में बना ही नहीं हुआ है बल्कि विपक्षियों को ख़त्म कर रहा है, अपने मालिकों, पूंजीपतियों को भारी मुनाफा दिलवा रहा है, क़ानूनी और गैर क़ानूनी तरीके से, और खुद के लिए भारी दलाली! तो दोस्तों, फासीवाद को सामान्य तरीके से नहीं हरा सकते, ना ही चुनाव के द्वारा, ना ही प्रचार और बड़े बड़े रैलियों के द्वारा. 2019 के बाद तो वह भी नहीं करने दिया जायेगा “राष्ट्रिय” हित में. और बेरोजगारी, महंगाई, भ्रष्टाचार, मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों पर अत्याचार बढेगा! जेल अभी ही भरे हुए हैं, उसके पार्क में भी जगह नहीं बचेगा! शायद कब्रगाह में जगह रहे!! और इनका लक्ष्य एक ही है, मुनाफा और ज्यादा मुनाफा! तो सोचने की जरुरत है की क्या करें? क्रन्तिकारी पार्टी! वैसे कभी सोचा है कि कोई ऐसी क्रन्तिकारी पार्टी है जो पुरे तौर पर पुलिस और इंटेलिजेंस को पता हो? बिना अंडर ग्राउंड कैडर के? बिना पार्टी के सदस्यों को प्रशिक्षण देने के, ताकि वह भी नेता बने और पार्टी को आगे चला सकें? कभी सोचा है कि क्यूँ एक क्रन्तिकारी पार्टी के सदस्य निकल कर भाजपा या कौंग्रेस में जा रहे हैं, क्यूँ सत्ता से हटने के बाद पार्टी के सदस्य त्राहिमाम कर रहे हैं, राज्यपाल से लेकर राष्ट्रपति तक से सुरक्षा की भीख मांग रहे हैं? क्रांतिकरी पार्टी, क्रन्तिकारी विचारधारा के साथ. चुनाव जितने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि पूंजीवादी प्रजातंत्र के पोल खोलने के लिए और उसे ध्वस्त करने के लिए! मजदूर वर्ग, किसान फिर से उठ रहा है, हर रोज संघर्ष में शामिल है, रोजगार के लिए और अपने गिरते हुए मजदूरी और जीवन को संभालने के लिए! जरुरत है फिर से क्रन्तिकारी रास्ते की तरफ चलने की, विद्रोह का झंडा बुलंद करने के लिए! जिसे क्रांति की जरुरत है वह समझता है कि कौन धूर्त है और पूंजी की दलाली कर रहा है और कौन सी पार्टी उसके मुक्ति के लिए काम कर रहा है!

Women's Day: Meaningless unless society changes

Mother's day is absurd, unless all women get their freedom economically.

This freedom is curtailed in a patriarchal society which is misogyny, by all means. Religion, caste, colour, nationality, gender bias and all forms of byproducts of today's economic, social, political order are meant to oppress women, their liberty, equality and even safety.

Mother's day or any such glorification of women is nothing but a form to mask their real miseries, inequality that the present society has bestowed upon them, oppression, which often culminates into rape, the ultimate humiliation and physical punishment by men, who came into existence due women!

It is told with "pride" that prostitution is the oldest profession and many advanced and "modern" nations have given it a legal cover, where Sex-Workers can earn their wages "respectfully", without much hindrance. This in any case has failed to give Sex-Workers any respect, safety.

Yes, legalising prostitution has given a boost to the falling GDP, as huge taxes are collected by the capitalist governments! They are celebrating Mother's Day!! If prostitution is legal, then rape is theft or loot of women's body, which is a factory of "sexual pleasure".

Women's oppression started from the day, on this earth, when the division of work started in our society, firstly based on gender basis. This happened when humanity started settling in a particular area, where it could find safety, source of water and better management of basic subsistence, like food and could store them for future. Women took care of households, as physically they got confined to the "base area", during pregnancy and to take care of babies. This division was natural but in course of time, as productivity increased, few could eat without working, on other's work. With rise of Private Property, men looked for heritance for their wealth and demanded monogamy.

Here ended polygamy and all freedom, equality of women. The concept of father started. Men remained polygamy, continued their "right" to copulate with many women, despite all laws, in various forms, till today. Prostitution, rape, women's oppression, domestic violence, pornography, fashion world, beauty contest, etc are various forms to not only keep men's hegemony over women but even turned women into commodity to extract huge profit, the base of capitalism.

Do you foresee women's freedom, equality and safety in capitalism, which is meant to extract profit by all means, and which not only continues women's subjugation to men and production for profit but increases it?

Only Socialism to emancipate women, along with the working class and other exploited sections of the society, as all of them are suffering due capital's hegemony and thus have common enemy, namely, capital!

शाबाश! चाटुकारों, दलालों के मुंह पर झन्नाटेदार तमाचा!

और कितना शोषण?

"और कितना शोषण होगा?", "जुल्मी एक ना एक दिन थक ही जायेगा", "इंकलाब होगा जब इन्तहा होगा", आदि! साथियों, इस बात से तय नहीं होता कि मालिक का पेट कब भरेगा! वह कभी भी नहीं भरेगा. ड्रैकुला है, जितना ही नर लहू पिएगा, उतना ही उसे और चाहिए!

बल्कि इस बात से कि शोषित जनता कितना विरोध करती है इस शोषण का, कितनी क्षमता रखती है शोषितों को परस्त करने का!

भाजपा सरकार के आने के बाद जनता का शोषण बेतहाशा बढ़ा है, क्यूंकि जनता का कुछ हिस्सा शोषण कर्ताओं के जाल में फंस चुकी है. देश, धर्म, जाति के नाम पर वे उन्हीं चिल्हों और गिद्धों का साथ दे रहे हैं जो इन्तेजार कर रहे हैं कि कब ये "मुर्ख" मरें और वो इनके मांस को नोच नोच कर खाएं और महा भोज का आयोजन करें! मध्यमवर्गीय "सियार" तो हमेशा से ही बड़े पूंजीपतियों का चापलूस रहा है, भले ही बीच बीच में नाराज हो जाता है, जबकि मालिक का डंडा उसपर भी पड़ता है!

हम विभाजित हैं. हमारे पक्ष में जो भी कुछ श्रम कानून थे, तक़रीबन 40-45 ख़त्म कर दिए गए, रोजगार ख़त्म किये जा रहे हैं, किसानों और आदिवासियों के जमीन हड़पने के नियम सरल किये जा हैं, वर्ल्ड बैंक और आईएमएफ के आदेश पर आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य बनाये जा रहे हैं, एफडीआई 100% तक लागु किये गए, हमारे व्यक्तिगत डाटा अमेरिकी, नाटो, इसरायली ख़ुफ़िया विभाग सौपें गए, अमेरिकी सैन्य को हमारे सैनिक अड्डों का निरिक्षण करने के अधिकार दिए गए, आदि आदि!

और भी हमारे पीछे क्या किये गए, हमें नहीं मालूम. जीवन दूभर हो गया है. किसानों, मजदूरों, खासकर असंगठित क्षेत्रों में 2 जून की रोटी भी नहीं कमा सकते. बेरोजगारी और गरीबी के डाटा भी अब आने बंद कर दिए गए हैं!

(जी हाँ, यही तो फासीवाद है, पूंजीवाद का बेहद ही सडा गला और अहिंसक रूप है! हमारी एकता के ख़त्म होने और पूंजी के अन्दुरुनी अंतर्द्वन्द के बढ़ने से यह स्थिति पहुंची है. समाधान भी हमारी एकता और क्रन्तिकारी संघर्ष ही है, जब हम फासीवाद ही नहीं, इसकी जननी पूंजीवाद को ही ख़त्म कर दें!)

क्या हम अपने वर्गीय हित को पहचान सकते हैं, जो मालिकों के वर्गीय हितों के विरोध में है. मालिक को ज्यादा से ज्यदा मुनाफा चाहिए, जबकि हमें एक ढंग का रोजगार और जीने का साधन. ये दोनों आपस में शत्रुता पूर्ण सम्बन्ध रखते हैं.

जागो साथियों, अपने मजदूर वर्ग को पहचानो और एक क्रन्तिकारी एकता की तरफ बढ़ो! वैज्ञानिक समाजवाद ही हमारा अगला पड़ाव है. रुकना नहीं है, जबतक की लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति ना हो!

पूंजीवाद और बेरोजगारी!

मोदी सरकार की छत्रछाया में बड़े आराम से बड़े पूँजीपति वर्ग की मुनाफाखोरी लील चुकी है नौजवानों-मज़दूरों और मेहनतकशों की नौकरियाँ!

R B I की एक हालिया रिपोर्ट के हवाले से यह कहा गया है कि मोदी सरकार के कार्यकल में देश में रोजगार वृद्धि दर यानी एम्प्लॉयमेंट ग्रोथ रेट 2014-15 में 0.2% और 2015-16 में 0.1% रहा है। इसमें 2017-18 की चर्चा भी होती तो पूरी तस्वीर साफ हो जाती। हम जानते हैं, आज रोजगार सृजित नहीं, नष्ट किये जा रहे हैं। इसलिये आज रोजगार सृजन की बढ़ी हुई नहीं, घटी है. इस सच्चाई की ज्यादा से ज्यादा चर्चा, इस एक बड़ी सच्चाई को सामने लाने को लेकर होनी चाहिये कि आज रोजगार नष्ट किये जा रहे हैं।
यही नहीं पूरी आधुनिक सभ्यता नष्ट की जा रही है। विनाश का मंज़र हर कहीं दिखता है। खैर.....यह जानकर आैर अधिक आश्चर्य होगा कि 2014-15 और 2015-16 के बारे में इंगित यह घटी हुई रोजगार वृद्धि दर वास्तव में कितनी घटी हुई है। यह 1982 के बाद सबसे ज़्यादा घटी हुई रोजगार वृद्धि दर है! तो ऐसे में नौकरी कहाँ से मिलेगी नौजवानों को!?

पूँजीवाद अब लोगों की जीवन यापन सम्बन्धी पारंपरिक सुरक्षा को भी हमेशा के लिए संकट में डाल चुकी है। यह उसकी मुख्य प्रवृत्ति है जिसका नग्न स्वरूप आज हम मोदी राज में देख रहे हैं। मोदी सरकार इसके लिए धन्यवाद की पात्र है कि इसके खुले पूंजीपरस्त करतूतों ने लाखों-करोड़ों युवाओं को यह सीखने का अवसर दिया है कि पूँजीवाद अधिकतम मुनाफाखोरी की प्रवृत्ति से लैस किस आदमखोर और राक्षसी व्यवस्था का नाम है। अगर युवा यह सीख और समझ रहे है तो कल इससे लोहा लेने के लिए भी आगे आएंगे यह निश्चित है। अब पूँजीवाद को हटाने और इसकी जगह नयी व्यवस्था के लिए सीधी लड़ाई का वक्त आ चुका है।

आइये, हम उसके आगमन का जमकर स्वागत करें। यह स्वागत एकमात्र इसी तरह हो सकता है कि हम स्वयं इस लड़ाई के हिस्सेदार बनें। इसकी शुरुआत हर गांव, कस्बा, शहर,मोहल्ले से करें। यह लड़ाई हमारी तरफ से हर प्रकार से खुला है, शर्त बस इतनी है कि रोजगार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, आवास आदि सबों के लिये सुलभ हो, उपलब्ध हो, इसकी सच मे गारंटी की जाए। अगर इस व्यवस्था में नहीं तो, फिर जिस व्यवस्था में यह सम्भव है हम उसके लिए भी तैयार हैं। और तैयार रहना चाहिए। पूँजीवाद और पूँजीवादी शासन का मूल आदमखोर चरित्र अगर नहीं बदल सकता है, अगर यह समाज की प्रगति और समष्ट मानवजाति की उन्नति में और कोई योगदान नहीं दे सकता है, क्योंकि यह अधिकतम मुनाफाखोरी के लाइलाज क्षय रोग से पीड़ित है, तो इसे मृत्युशैया से उठाकर इसे कब्र में दफनाना ही उचित है।

यह युवाओं और योग्य से योग्य लोगों तक का रोजगार छीन रहा है, गुणवत्तापूर्ण की बात कौन करे सामान्य शिक्षा से वंचित कर रहा है, स्वास्थ्य सेवा को भी भयंकर मुनाफाखोरी के धंधे में बदल दिया है, यह करोड़ों-करोड़ जरूरतमंदों को घर और दो जून की रोटी तक मुहैया कराने में सक्षम नहीं  हो रहा है, तो यह स्पष्ट है कि यह मरनासन्न है, सड़ चुका है, सड़े हुए लाश की तरह बदबूदार दुर्गंध फैला रहा है। इसे नष्ट कर देना और नई व्यवस्था का सृजन करना हमारे युग की सबसे बड़ी जिम्मेवारी बन चुकी है।

आइये, मज़दूर भाइयों, मेहनतकश साथियों, छात्रों-नौजवानों! हम अपने इस ऐतिहासिक मिशन के लिए कमर कसें।

भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर मंडराता आर्थिक मंदी का भूत

नेकई सर्वे के मार्च तक के लिए जारी रिपोर्ट भारत के निर्माण क्षेत्र की दयनीय बरकरार स्थिति की पुष्टि करने वाली साबित हो रही है। Nekkei India Manufacturing Purchasing Manager Index के अनुसार निर्माण क्षेत्र में पिछले 5 महीने में सबसे कम विकास की दर मापी गई। PMI के रेटिंग के अनुसार मार्च में वृद्धि दर 51.0 रहा जो के फरवरी माह के दर 52.1 से 1.1 पॉइंट काम था। निक्केई रेटिंग में 50 से ऊपर निर्माण क्षेत्र में विकास और इससे नीचे संकुचन को दर्शाता है।
जिस प्रकार से निर्माण क्षेत्र में गिरावट आ रही है यह जल्दी ही 50 पॉइंट के नीचे आ सकता है।
भारत के निर्माण क्षेत्र से आ रहे आंकड़े इस बात की तस्दीक करते हैं कि अर्थव्यवस्था का संकट केवल वित्तीय क्षेत्र तक सीमित न रह कर अब हर क्षेत्र में फैलता जा रहा है।
निक्केई PMI और अन्य रेटिंग किस बात का इशारा कर रहे है?
*पहली बात तो यह कि देश की आर्थिक अवस्था दिनों दिन खराब होती जा रही है।
*निर्माण क्षेत्र पिछले वर्षों में ढलान पर है, और यह सिकुड़ता ही जा रहा है।
नोटबन्दी और जी.एस.टी का असर लघु, छोटे और काफी हद तक मध्यम दर्जे के निर्माताओं पर पड़े मार से अभी तक नहीं निकल सका है। इन दो कारण से काफी लागू, छोटे निर्माता ने अपने प्रतिष्ठानों को बंद कर दिया।
बन्द हुई कंपनियों में काम कर रहे मज़दूर देश में पहले से ही व्याप्त बेरोजगारों की फौज में अच्छी खासी वृद्धि कर दी। और reserve army of labour की बड़ी खेप देश में तैयार हो गयी है।
रोज़गार के कम होते साधन और निर्माण क्षेत्र में लगातार संकट और सिकुड़न अर्थव्यवस्था पर मंडराते संकट और आने वाले मंदी (recession) की ओर इशारा कर रहे हैं।
2008 में वित्तीय मंदी से भारत कुछ हद तक अपने को अछूता बैंक और वित्तीय संस्थानों की सुदृढ़ स्थिति के कारण कर सका था और करीब 8 प्रतिशत के औसत दर से जीडीपी विकास भी रिकॉर्ड किया था।
लेकिन 2018 में हाल बिल्कुल उलटा है।
बैंकों की माली हालत नाज़ुक है। NPA की औसत में दिसंबर 2014 के मुकाबले दिसंबर 2016 में 135 प्रतिशत का उछाल आया है जो आज शायद और ज्यादा हो गया होगा (फिलहाल हमारे पास 2016 के ही आंकड़े उपलब्ध हैं)। 2017 में सरकारी बैंकों के डूबे ऋण (bad loan) का अनुपात उनकी कुल net value का करीब 75 प्रतिशत है। जो खुद में इन बैंकों की पतली हालात की तरफ साफ संकेत है।
देश पर आर्थिक मंदी के बादल मंडरा रहे हैं, मंदी को कितने दिनों तक दूर रखा जा सकता है, इस पर जिन्हें फैसले लेने हैं वे खुद ही चंद पूंजीपतियों को अकूत ऋण देकर देश की जनता को खाई में धकेल रहे हैं।
भगवान और धार्मिक उन्माद का नाम लेना सत्ता में रहने के लिए काफी हो, तब कोई फिर अर्थव्यवस्था की चिंता क्यूं करे?

पूंजीवाद मतलब मूनाफे के लिए उत्पादन. पिचले वर्ष के सारे सामाजिक धन का 73% हिस्सा भारत के कुछ बड़े पूंजीपति हड़प कर ले गए! मतलब जीडीपी, जो भी हो, वह मजदूर वर्ग और किसान के पास नहीं जाता है. ऊपर से पूंजीवादी वर्ग भी इस पूंजीवादी उत्पादन के अन्दुरुनी अंतर्विरोध के कारन विकसित नहीं हो सकता है. यानि उत्पादक शक्तियों का ह्रास! इसी का नतीजा है, भारत में उत्पादन क्षमता का केवल 70% ही इस्तेमाल हो रहा है! अब, केवल एक ही रास्ता है मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों के पास, इस उत्पादन प्रणाली को हटाकर समाजवादी उत्पादन की व्यवस्था लायें. यानि, वह समाज जहाँ उत्पादन के साधन पर उत्पादन करने वालों के अधीन हो, उत्पाद के मालिक भी वही होंगे और वितरण उन्ही के हाथ में होगा!

भारत जल रहा है. पूंजीवाद अपने जीवन के अंतिम पड़ाव पर है, पर इस सडांध को बचाने के लिए वह हर घृणित काम कर रहा है.
मजदूर वर्ग को विभाजित करने का हर हथकंडा, जैसे धर्म और जाति के आधार पर उनके बीच घृणा पैदा करना, दंगा करवाना.
बेरोजगारी चरम सीमा पर है, पर मीडिया को वह नहीं दिखता. इज़राईल के प्रधानमंत्री नेतान्याहू को किस चीज की चटनी खिलाई जा रही है, या उत्तरी कोरिया को अमेरिका कैसे परास्त करेगा या हिंदू मुस्लिम दंगा कैसे फलाया जाय ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है.
( इस बीच 31 मार्च को दिल्ली के संसद मार्ग में एसएससी में धांधली और भ्रष्टाचार से पीड़ित हज़ारों छात्र युवा सरकार के सामने अपनी मांग रखते हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन करेंगे।
इसका नाम दिया गया है 'युवा हल्ला बोल'! पर यह कॉर्पोरेट मिडिया को दिखाई नहीं देगी.)

सर्वहारा क्रांति ही रास्ता है फासीवाद (पूंजीवाद की सबसे घृणित और हिंसात्मक रूप) को ध्वस्त करने के लिए और समाजवाद का निर्माण करने के लिए! ताकि ऐसा समाज बन सके जहाँ सबको रोजगार मिल सके, मुफ्त शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा मिल सके, सबको आवास मिल सके.

बेरोजगारी विकराल रूप ले चुकी है. व्यापक रोष है.
दूसरे तरफ बढती महंगाई, भ्रष्टाचार, बडे पूंजीपतियों की बढती लूट और मुनाफा, किसानों, आदिवासियों, दलितों, अल्प संख्यकों, महिलाओं पर बढता अत्याचार पूरे मजदूर वर्ग और किसानों को आंदोलन के रास्ते पर ला रहा है. 

अब हम 2012 के तरह की आंदोलन का समर्थन नहीं करेंगे. हमारा आंदोलन सत्ता के परिवर्तन से जुड़ेगा, पूंजीवाद से समाजवाद में समक्रमण से जुड़ेगा. 
यह क्रांति होगा. यहीं बेरोजगार खत्म होगा, भ्रष्टाचार और अपराध शून्य होगा, दूसरों के श्रम शक्ति पर मोटे हो रहे, जाहिल और काहिल पूंजीपति और राजनीतिग्य कारावास में होंगे. अज्ञानता और अंधविश्वाश ख़त्म होगा. आतंकवाद और युद्ध इतिहास के पुस्तकों में होंगे.

यह कौन सी वामपंथी कार्यक्रम है? उद्येश्य क्या है? इससे वामपंथी विचारधारा को मदद मिलेगी या फिर दक्षिण, जो केंद्र में भी है और राज्य में भी और जब की फासीवाद का आक्रमण हर ओर जबरदस्त है?
