Task of Left Party

Both the Right & Left Wing ideologies are product of the "need" of certain classes, that of the ruling and the ruled class.

Right wing ideology is needed by the rulers, their henchmen, by those who do not work but live off on other's work. To live more comfortably, they need more profit, through appropriation of "Surplus Value", created by the workers in a capitalist society.

While Left wing ideology is the need of the hard working population, which is in super majority, to fight back against increasing exploitation, falling wages, falling living conditions.

These opposing ideologies have different manifestations. In philosophy, Right advocates old, illogical, unscientific "idealism", that is, it upholds idea as primary and matter secondary, supports creation of the universe. Naturally, Left is opposed to it.

In economy, Right is opposed to the scientific discovery of surplus value by Karl Marx, that is, the labourer creates all conceivable wealth. It without proof, advances the theory that capitalists create wealth, out of production realm, recent example is that of finance or fictitious capital, where in capital grows without involvement of workers.

And in politics, Right wants present state & its machineries to continue in its present form. In short bourgeois democracy pretends that all citizens are equal. However, during crisis, this pretentious mask is thrown away, of which examples are innumerous, like fascism, where the so called democratic rights evaporate!

We the Leftists are, ironically, divided. First reason is experience of Right wing adherents, US & allies, have learnt enough experience to counter the unity & struggle of the working class and have penetrated in most of so called "Left" parties (Especially after the restoration of capitalism in ex USSR). Second, opportunism among the leaders in Left parties. Third is confusion among the leaders, cadre of Left parties and their failures to see the danger and commitment for sacrifices. Lastly, we have traitors among us in form of Trotskyites, Titoites, Social Democrats, Anarchists, etc.

Yes, there are perceptible rise of the true revolutionaries in the factories, mines, fields and on social media. Study, struggle and study, build Communist Party, strengthen it, train the working class, peasants, unite and struggle are simultaneous process and is happening all over the world.

Ideology, Marxism Leninism, is a potent weapon for the working class to defeat its enemy, to abolish class division in society, to change the genes of capital (a dead entity, which grows on the flesh, blood & sweat of the living workers and becomes their masters)into social wealth.

This ideology can not penetrate into the working class, unite them and prepare them for struggle AUTOMATICALLY, just because they are exploited and need revolution! For this we need a party, a revolutionary party, a party based on democratic centralism, armed with Marxism Leninism. Party is an instrument of revolution, which fights with the workers in their need, against their enemy, prepares them for the revolution and on the opportune moment, leads them to state power, replaces bourgeois democracy (call it dictatorship) with proletarian democracy (again call it dictatorship).

This is the general understanding of Left ideology, which may work differently as per the prevailing time, region, crisis, etc. Like in India, the Communists have to understand caste system, ally with the lower caste workers to resist social discrimination, oppression against them. At present, we are fighting against fascism in India, and the petty bourgeois class is more keen than ever to be part of resistance movement against fascism. Its our task to ensure that they join us in joint front, breaking caste barrier.

However, allying various sections of the society, does not alter the leading role of the working class, its party, its ideology, its aim! And that is the beauty of this science, the Marxism Leninism.

Lastly and more importantly, the working women must be part of our party, struggle to ensure our victory!

सीवर और वैज्ञानिक समाजवाद

कश्मीर में हमारी लगभग एक तिहाई सेना तैनात है. सरकारी आंकड़ा है कि 2016 में वहां 60 सुरक्षाकर्मी देश की रक्षा करते हुए मारे गए, जो हाल के वर्षों का सबसे बड़ा आंकड़ा है.

कश्मीर एक खतरनाक जगह है.

लेकिन इसी भारत में एक जगह कश्मीर से भी खतरनाक है. वह जगह है सीवर. इनकी सफाई करते हुए एक साल में 22,327 भारतीय नागरिक मारे गए.(स्रोत- एस. आनंद का आलेख, द हिंदू)

कश्मीर पोस्टिंग की तुलना में सीवर में जाने में जान का जोखिम कई गुना ज्यादा है. सीवर से आप जिंदा लौटकर न आएं, इसकी आशंका बहुत ज्यादा है.

लेकिन अगर दिल्ली जैसे किसी शहर में सीवर साफ न हों, तो हफ्ते भर में हैजा और तमाम बीमारियों से हजारों लोग मर जाएंगे,

इस मायने में यह काम किसी भी अन्य काम से ज्यादा नहीं तो कम महत्वपूर्ण भी नहीं है.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश है कि किसी भी हालत में किसी व्यक्ति को सीवर में न भेजा जाए. इसके लिए भारतीय संसद ने मैनुअल स्कैंवेंजर एंड रिहैबिलिटेशन एक्ट 2013 भी पास किया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीवर साफ करने के दौरान हुई मौत का मुआवजा 10 लाख फिक्स किया है.

लेकिन हालात बदले नहीं है.

दुनिया में भारत की बदनामी की एक बड़ी वजह सीवर में होने वाली मौत है. इसे दुनिया कितनी गंभीरता से लेती है, इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाइए कि इस दिशा में काम करने वाले मित्र बेजवाड़ा विल्सन को मैगसेसे अवार्ड मिला है.

इसके लिए कुछ उपाय किए जाने चाहिए.

1. सीवर साफ करने की न्यूनतम मजदूरी 50,000 रुपए प्रतिमाह तय हो.
2. सीवर में मरने वाले हर मजदूर को राष्ट्रीय शहीद का दर्जा मिले और परिवार को शहीदों के परिवारों वाली सुविधाएं मिले.
3. इस काम का तत्काल मशीनीकरण हो. अर्बन रिन्यूअल मिशन का बाकी सारा काम रोककर सारा पैसा सीवर सफाई के मशीनीकरण पर लगाया जाए. पूरी पश्चिमी दुनिया में यह हो चुका है.

और क्या किया जा सकता है, कृपया बताइए.
इस मामले को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उठाने की सख्त जरूरत है.

Dalit President & Dalit's Exploitation!

Dalits are exploited as workers, as the majority of them, more than 95%, are workers! They are exploited by the employers, the capitalist class, which holds the means of production; the land, sea, river, jungle, mines, factories & industries, services; even government, judiciary, police, army, administration, political parties. How the government, is it not an independent body? The law or the constitution, itself, is made to favour & promote the interests of capital & its owners and not the people. Finally, what we see in practice? The political parties, which make the government have not only have hands in gloves with the bourgeois class but survive on the gigantic open & hidden donations of the capitalists, financiers, but are directly controlled by the donors. In fact, some of them, like Trump, the present US President, is a capitalist.
The capitalist class usurps the surplus value of the working class (including Dalits, farmers, minorities, working women, others) and grows itself!
The Dalits are exploited socially as they are at the lower ladder of caste system, are discriminated, since ages; in pre feudal economic, political, social order, in feudalism, that is when the kings, the landlords ruled the farmers and others, in capitalism, that is today, when Dalits have become workers, have joined the backbone of the profit making reservoir or machine!
Solution is not Dalit President, More Dalits as ministers or at the top of bureaucracy, neither unity in compartments but only with the working class to overthrow capitalism! Like in women's question, where they are exploited as workers, home makers economically and worse, due gender discrimination, which lets the bourgeois exploit them even more economically, as same wage is not given for same work.
Dalits, tribes, the minorities face same discrimination, rising economic exploitation, remain victims of the discrimination & direct attacks, like in many recent incidents, by the created goons or organisations, directly under the supervision of the political, religious, cultural organisations. Aim of such attacks is simple, to raise the profit rate, to keep the working class and have an army, in form of para-military, to control the working class, the peasants. This is sheer fascism, nazism, where in form is similar to the Fascist party of Italy, German Nazis or not.
Solution is visible in the analysis itself. Not Dalitalism, not Feminism, not minority protection platform, not through the present constitution (of any country), but to unite the proletarian class, on a single base, that is, unity of the exploited class, against the exploiters to demolish the base of the exploitation, discrimination, oppression, destroy the very base of the goons, the parasites, even the base of the unemployment, ignorance & superstition and even the war & terrorism.
There is no other alternate. More we delay the birth of this historical, pending revolution, more miseries to the people, more destruction to the productive forces! 
No more symbolism, like Dalit President or making statues of Ambedkar, Periyar but direct transfer of power in hands of the producers, abolition of the exploited class, which is parasitic, criminal and which rules the producers through state and its machineries. That and only that will abolish caste system in one go and establish a society, where every humans will have all human rights and live like a glorified human. 
Does that reminds you of Bhagat Singh and his party HSRA and their ideologies and their unfinished task?

इनका उपयोग पूंजीवाद और उसके चाकर बखूबी करते हैं और मेहनतकश आवाम की एकता और संघर्ष को तोड़ने में करते हैं! सावधान इन बहुरूपियों से!

भगत सिंह जिंदाबाद!

चाटुकारिता क्या हमारे खून में है? कैसे ख़त्म करें इस वायरस को?

कबतक चमचे या उसके भी चमचे बने रहोगे? आत्म सम्मान जैसी कोई चीज है की नहीं तुम्हारे भेजे में?

भारत में वीरों की कमी कभी नहीं रही. अन्याय के खिलाफ विद्रोह का इतिहास भी भरा हुआ है! 1857 का ग़दर, झाँसी की रानी लक्ष्मी बाई, बिरसा मुंडा, सावित्री बाई फुले, पेरियार, भगत सिंह और उनके सैकड़ों साथी, तेलांगना आन्दोलन, नक्सलवाड़ी, बॉम्बे विद्रोह, जिसमे नेवी और बाकि ने भी साथ दिया, आदि!

खुदीराम बोस जिसे अंग्रेजों ने 18 साल, 8 महीने और 8 दिन के उम्र में फांसी पर लटका दिया! याद रहे, तक़रीबन इसी उम्र में अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने 1942 में अंग्रेजों से कहा की उनका भारत छोडो आन्दोलन से कोई लेना देना नहीं है और छुट गए!

1975, 2012 आन्दोलन भी अन्याय के खिलाफ था! 1942 साम्राज्यवाद के खिलाफ था! वैचारिक धारा में भी हम बहुत पीछे नहीं रहे हैं! द्वंदात्मक भौतिकवाद में भी, विज्ञान के कमी के बावजूद चार्वाक काफी आगे थे तार्किक समझ में! मार्क्सवादी भगत सिंह, महान लेखक प्रेमचंद भी साम्यवादी थे. राहुल संकृत्यायन कही से पीछे नहीं थे, विश्व स्तर के जाने माने समाजवादी लेखक थे! यहाँ पर रविन्द्रनाथ टैगोरे का नाम लेना गलत नहीं होगा!

गणित के महान विद्वान आर्यभट (476-550), यातिवृषभ (लगभग 500-570; दूरी तथा समय मापने की इकाइयों की समीक्षा), वराहमिहिर,  भास्कर प्रथम (620) को कौन नकार सकता है?

फिर ऐसा क्या हुआ, जिसके कारन हम पाश्यात्य सभ्यता, धन और शक्ति के कायल हो गए? स्वतंत्रता के पहेले अंग्रेजों के, जिसमे महारथ हासिल की थी आरएसएस ने और अब अमेरिकों की चापलूसी? कौंग्रेस, भाजपा और बाकि सारे इनके साथी, जो कभी ना कभी सत्ता के सुख साथ साथ लिए हैं!

इस चापलूसी में भारत के राजा, जमींदार, बड़े सामंत और पूंजीपति अग्रणी रहे हैं. इन्ही के कारन भारत का बटवारा हो गया! कौंग्रेस और मुस्लिम लीग ने अंग्रेजों के बाद सत्ता मजदुर वर्ग के हाथ में नहीं देना चाहते थे, जैसा भगत सिंह चाहते थे. अंग्रेजों ने भी इसका भरपूर फायदा उठाया और भारत को 2 टुकड़ों में बाँट दिया!

तो क्या चमचागिरी सारे भारतीय खून में नहीं है? क्या यह ‘दासों’ या एक गरीब देश की मानसिकता नहीं है? क्या यह उनकी जरुरत है? क्या देश के शोषक (जो देश के सारे प्राकृतिक सम्पदा के मालिक हैं और विदेशी पूंजी की मदद चाहते हैं, इनका भरपूर फायदा लेने का, मुनाफा दर बढाने के लिए) के सामने नाक रगड़ना जरुरी है?

गलत है. साधारण मजदुर और किसान, चाहे किसी भी समुदाय के हों, जाति और धर्म के हों, विदेशी या देशी ताकतों की दलाली नहीं करते. यह केवल आत्म सम्मान के लिए नहीं बल्कि इनकी ऐसी समझ ही नहीं है! ये, मेहनतकश इंसान अपनी जरूरतों के लिए दिन रात परिश्रम करते हैं, मालिकों के लिए, और बचे हुए समय में अपने परिवार के साथ बिताते हैं. इन्फौर्मेशन तकनिकी बढ़ने का बाद, कुछ हिस्सा अवश्य समाज में बने वर्गीय सीढ़ी में ऊपर चढ़ने की कोशिश करते हैं, जो बिलकुल स्वाभाविक है!

पूंजी की जरुरत है और अधिक मुनाफा, बेशुमार मुनाफा. यह उसकी मज़बूरी भी है. यदि प्रतिस्पर्धा में हार गए तो, अपने ही प्रतिद्वंदियों द्वारा निगल लिए जायेंगे! बड़ी मछली छोटी मछली को खा जाति है! इस भयानक मुनाफाखोरी में यह सीधे साधे मजदुर और किसान तबाह हो जाते है!

सामयिक और बार बार आने वाली आर्थिक मंदी भी पूंजीवाद का उतना ही सत्य है, जितना दिन के बाद रात और फिर दिन का आना. पूंजीवाद के सारे आर्थिक सलाहकार, विद्वान हार चुके हैं. यह कहानी 250 वर्षों से दुहरायी जा रही है. अभी की आर्थिक मंदी, 2008 वाली का, असर तो आज भी दिख रहा है. बिना मंदी के गए ही, यानी बिना आर्थिक उफान के ही अगले मंदी की आहट सुनाई दे रही है! अमेरिका और पाश्यात्य देशों में मार्क्स की “पूंजी” की बिक्री बड़े ही धड़ल्ले से चल रहा है!!!

तो क्या यह भावना (चमचागिरी या चाटुकारिता) भी इसी पूंजीवाद का हिस्सा है, जो पहले सामंतवाद में था? आधार क्या है? वर्ग विभाजित समाज का उपज है यह! समाज वर्गों में क्यूँ विभाजित है? निजी पूंजी? जी हाँ, जिसके कारण उतपादन के सारे साधन, मजदूरों के जीने के सारे साधन, देश की सारी सम्पदा कुछ खास लोगों के हाथ में है. सरकार और इसकी सारे ‘खम्भे’ भी इसी के हाथ में है. क्या आपको अभी के सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश सुना? कहा गया है की कोर्ट कोई भी ऐसा आदेश ना दे जिससे पूंजीपतियों को घाटा हो!!!!!!!!!!!!

तो यह आधार है आदमी का आदमी के सामने झुकने का! चाहे गुलाम व्यवस्था हो, या सामंती या पूंजीवादी, समाज का वर्ग विभाजन विवश करता है, अपने श्रम शक्ति को बेचने के लिए और बिचारे शोषित विवष होते हैं अपने आपको झुकाने के लिए, हालाँकि यह चमचागिरी से भिन्न है.

मध्य वर्गीय जनता, यानि पेट्टी बुर्जुआ (तकनिकी रूप से एक नहीं है, इसपर अवश्य विचार करें) वर्ग तो बना ही है बुर्जुआ वर्ग की चमचागिरी करने के लिए और मजदुर वर्ग से नफ़रत करने के लिए. खैर यही वर्ग, यानि माध्यम वर्ग कहें तो चमचागिरी में महारथ हासिल करता है! छोटे पूंजीपति बड़ों की और बड़े “और बड़े विदेशी पूंजीपति” वर्ग की चमचागिरी करता है! मुनाफा बढ़ाने के लिए!

क्या यह व्यवस्था अनंत समय के लिए है? बिलकुल नहीं! कोई भी व्यवस्था अनंत काल के लिए नहीं है. हाँ, आज की व्यवस्था, जो अन्याय पर आधारित है और गलत है, ख़त्म होगा पर अपने आप नहीं! वही मजदुर वर्ग, जिसके आधार पर यह अरबों, खरबों का मुनाफा पूंजीपति वर्ग कमाता है, शोशन करने वाले वर्ग का जड़ खोदेगा!

तो चाटुकारिता ना तो खून में है यानि ना तो हमारे जींस में है, नाही अनंत काल के लिए है, अजर अमर नहीं है. यह वर्ग विभाजित समाज की देन है. सर्वहरा वर्ग उस ऐतिहासिक पड़ाव पर है, जो समाजवादी क्रांति के लिए ही तैयार है. 1956 के बाद सोविअत रूस में पूंजीवाद का फिर से स्थापना दुनिया के मजदूरों के लिए बहुत बड़ा झटका था! पर, अब स्थिति भिन्न है. महंगा सबक होने के बावजूद, क्रांति की भभक महसूस किया जा रहा है!

क्रांति विरोधी शक्तियां एकजुट हैं और हर संभव प्रयास कर रही हैं प्रतिक्रांति हवा को बनाये रखने के लिए! हालाँकि उनके एकजुटता में भयानक विरोधाभास है, जो लुट में हिस्से के कारन है! अमेरिका, चीन, उक्रेन, भारत, जर्मनी, आदि जगहों में दिख रहा है! जमीन और विचारों में हर जगह यह संघर्ष दिख रहा है! भले ही प्रतिक्रांतिकारी शक्तियां आगे नजर आ रही हों, पर अंतर प्रवाह बिलकुल उल्टा है!

समाजवादी क्रांति का बयार पुरे विश्व में प्रवाहित हो रहा है. चाटुकारिता, पूंजीवादी उत्पादन का ही एक झलक है, जिसमे अन्धविश्वाश, मूढ़ता, अवैज्ञानिक सोच है, क्रांति के दावानल में ही भस्म होगा, फिर भी हम शिक्षित, अग्रणी और क्रन्तिकारी शक्तियों, खासकर युवाओं की कोशिश हमेशा होगी, इस कोढ़ को ख़त्म करें, स्टडी सर्किल चलायें, क्रांति की तैयारी करे!

सर्वहारा वर्ग की चेतना, एकता और संघर्ष ही रास्ता है एक वैज्ञानिक समाजवाद की: शोषित और प्रताड़ित दलित, जनजाति, महिला मजदुर, बाल मजदुर, धार्मिक अल्पसंख्यक और सर्वहारा वर्ग के मुक्ति, बराबरी, भाईचारा के लिए! चाटुकारिता छोडो, बगावत का झंडा ऊँचा करो, भगत सिंह के देश को चमचों और मूर्खों के हवाले ना होने दो!
